Updated the workflows to update
TEAM.md, ensure the.pofile headers are correct, and removed Transifex’s old files and links.I've also added
CONTRIBUTING.mdand added a workflow to generate the contribution plots at the end ofREADME.md.This is probably easier to review commit by commit.
